NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (ZONING)

Notice is hereby given that the East Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6pm., at the East Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 589 Fairground Road, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania to hear the following request:

44 MRKT, LLC has requested (2) Variances from the East Buffalo Twp. Zoning Ordinance: Section 405.4.a.3.b – Side Yard Setbacks & Section 405.4.a2 – Minimum Lot Width. The property is located at 130 S. 13th St., Lewisburg and is in the R-2 Medium Density Residential Zoning District, Tax Map #002-034-020.00000.

FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS LABORER

Primary Responsibilities: road maintenance, mowing, snow plowing, on-site and curbside recycling, brush and yard waste pickup and maintenance of Township facilities, recreation areas and equipment.

Applicants should have or be able to obtain a PA CDL Class A or B license and be able to respond to call outs outside of normal working hours.

Wage is based on experience.

As appropriate under applicable Second Class Township Code articles and other state laws, the Board of Supervisors appoint elected officials, appointed officials and Township residents to represent the Township on the Authorities, Boards, Commissions and Committees.
