ATTENTION EAST BUFFALO TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS!!! The Pennsylvania American Water Company will be doing a water main replacement in the Spruce Hills Development. This project is scheduled to start on MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2024, weather permitting. Completion is schedule for end of MAY again weather permitting. They plan to replace 2,900 feet of aging cast iron pipe that was installed in the 1960’s with 8-inch ductile iron water pipe. Work will be on Hawthorne Drive, from Beagle Club Road to the dead end. Work hours will be 7AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. Work on weekends and evenings is not expected unless required to maintain the project schedule.
