NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (ZONING)

Notice is hereby given that the East Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the East Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 589 Fairground Road, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania to hear the following request:

44 MRKT, LLC has requested a Variance from the East Buffalo Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 405.3.D.1.a–Front Yard Setback, Section 405.3.C.1.a-Lot Width, and Section 501.6—Corner Lot Restriction. The property is in the (R-2) Medium Density Residential Zoning District, Tax Parcel #002-034-020.00000.

Authorities, Boards, Commissions and Committees provide an opportunity for Township residents to be actively involved with local government. As appropriate under applicable Second Class Township Code articles and other state laws, the Board of Supervisors appoint elected officials, appointed officials and Township residents to represent the Township on the Authorities, Boards, Commissions and Committees.
